We will assist in installing any appropriate, 利记sbo licensed software to support teaching and academic needs and help troubleshoot connecting personal devices to 利记sbo printers and WiFi as long as it falls within standard operating system settings. We cannot troubleshoot non-利记sbo licensed software and applications that are not part of 利记sbo’s software image.
After careful consideration and assessment of our IT resources and organizational needs, our IT department will no longer provide assistance, troubleshooting, installation, or maintenance services for Microsoft Outlook.
